A Support Coordinator can help you to:

  • Request a plan review if the plan does not meet your needs

  • Identify supports available in your plan

  • Set up your access to the NDIS Participant Portal

  • Source service providers that meet your needs

  • Obtain quotes for services, consumable items or equipment

  • Develop Service Agreements with Service Providers

  • Explore options for housing, including access to specialised disability accommodation or home modifications

  • Assist with conflict resolution with providers, if problems arise

  • Monitor plan outcomes and progress
