Pivot Support Services Community team have expertise providing supports for people who might be regarded as “at risk” or otherwise disadvantaged, for example:

• People experiencing, or at risk of homelessness;

• People living with disability;

• People experiencing financial hardship;

• People impacted by Family Domestic Violence;

• Recently released prisoners;

• People with complex needs requiring coordination of services

Pivot’s Community team have developed meaningful relationships with other regional service providers, including specific referral pathways. This collaborative approach has been well received in the region by both service users and providers
